Atlas opens eleven branch offices 26. 01. 2010.

Atlas travel agency has in the last couple of days opened eleven branch offices under the name of Atlas Airtours. This signifies the successful transfer of operational activities of adriatica.net Group on the domestic market to the Atlas brand name.

In recent days Atlas travel agency opened eleven branch offices at familiar addresses throughout Croatia, under the name of Atlas Airtours. This business move is a logical continuation of the integration of operational activities on the domestic market into Atlas d.d., and with it one of the more important elements of the previously established business strategy has been realised. The said project is a direct result of the successfully realised recapitalisation of adriatica.net Group and a confirmation of stabilisation and new business achievements of the largest travel industry group in the region.

Atlas branch offices will, using a 40-year-long experience in tour operating, offer all of their clients a quality service based on products entirely adapted to the domestic market. Apart from a whole string of sales innovations, such as an improved offer of holiday and travel packages, modern and attractively decorated spaces of Atlas Airtours branch offices (designed during past months by a whole team of domestic experts) and its professional and proactive staff will give all its visitors quality customer care based on long-term experience in the development of products and services.

adriatica.net Group developed from the www.adriatica.net online travel agency. First major enlargement happened in 2004, when the agency took over Atlas Airtours, one of the first tour operators in Croatia.

The expansion continued in 2005, when the company entered German, Dutch and Slovenian markets by taking over ID Riva Tours Gmbh, Odisej and Ilirika Turizem travel agencies. A further step towards enlargement of the Group had been made in 2006, when ATLAS Travel Agency and Kompas JSC, present at more than 26 markets, became members of adriatica.net Group.
