Atlas Airtours becomes Sandals' exclusive partner 11. 01. 2009.

By signing an exclusive contract with Sandals, the biggest tour operator specialised in all-inclusive packages in the Caribbean, Atlas Airtours becomes its representative for the entire region – Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia. A 155-page catalogue has been issued in the wake of this, comprising 13 Sandals’, 4 Beaches’ and 2 Royal Plantation’s resorts located on most beautiful islands of the Caribbean – Jamaica, Antigua, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Cuba and Turks & Caicos.

It is important to note that Sandals won almost every mention-worthy award by hoteliers’ and tourist organisations and magazines for specialists and customers. As ‘holiday innovators’, Sandals do not only keep improving their resorts, but introduce new concepts and services which raise the notion of ‘all-inclusive’ to a new level. As the winner of almost all specialist awards, including the World’s Best award, Sandals has been offering top luxury, quality, choice and service for more than a decade.

adriatica.net Group developed from the www.adriatica.net online travel agency. First major enlargement happened in 2004, when the agency took over Atlas Airtours, one of the first tour operators in Croatia.

The expansion continued in 2005, when the company entered German, Dutch and Slovenian markets by taking over ID Riva Tours Gmbh, Odisej and Ilirika Turizem travel agencies. A further step towards enlargement of the Group had been made in 2006, when ATLAS Travel Agency and Kompas JSC, present at more than 26 markets, became members of adriatica.net Group.

Jolly Travel, Serbia’s leading tour operator, joined the Group in 2007.
