• 2004. – acquired Atlas Airtours d.o.o, one of Croatia’s largest tour operators
• 2005. – acquired I.D. Riva Tours Gmbh in Germany and the Netherlands and Ilirika Turizem d.o.o.
• 2006. – acquired Kompas d.o.o. Slovenia, Atlas d.d. Croatia and Marinanet
• 2011. – recapitalisation process completed, new private sector shareholders and one state owned company enter adriatica.net Group ownership structure
